How to Add a New Support Request

Did you know you can easily send a support request through HQi? It's an added option for you to reach us when you need some assistance on your website. Here's how you can do it in a breeze:

1. Find the "My Account" module on HQi's menu, navigate to "Support" and click on the "Create New Support Request" link.

 

2. Fill out the request form and provide the necessary information for your task. You can also set the priority of your request here. Please remember the more accurate the information we receive here, the more equipped we will be to perform the task.

 

3. Finally, hit the "Save" button (at the top left of the screen) to submit your support request and you'll hear from a member of our team shortly after.
