How to Add a New Support Request

1. Login to HQi.

2. Navigate to the Support module on the left hand side of the dashboard and click on the "Create New Support Request" link.

3. Fill in the various elements of the request form and provide the necessary information for your task. You can also set the priority of your request here. Please remember the more accurate the information we receive here, the more equipped we'll be to perform the task.

4. Finally, hit the "Save" button at the top left of the screen to submit your support request and you'll hear from a member of our team shortly after.
