The Invitations List Page

 

  1. You can create an invitation list for your event by going to the Subscriber Groups on the Email Subscribers section on HQi.




  2. On the next page, click on the "Add Subscriber Group" button.




  3. Then enter your group’s name and description.




  4. If you’d like to hide your group from the registration page, tick the check box.

    You may also add a logo for your group.

    If there is a website for this group, input the website’s URL.




  5. Once you are done, click on the “Save” button.




  6. Your subscriber group should appear here. To add subscribers, click on the “Subscribers” button next to the group you wish to use.




  7. On the next page, click on the “Add” button.




  8. Then enter the subscriber’s details. Once you are done, click on the “Save” button.







  9. You may also add an existing subscriber on a subscriber group by entering their details on the Add Subscriber group page. Click on the check box beside their name, then click the “Save” button. 





  10. The subscribers you have added should now appear in your group.
