Adding a link to a redirect page
There are 3 ways to add a link to a redirect page in HQi. But whatever method you choose, you need to start with this first step...
Under HQi's "Content Manager" tab, select "Add/Edit Pages." Find the section or page you wish to add a link to, then select the blue cogwheel icon on the right hand side (next to the up arrow, as shown on the example below).
1. Linking to an existing page on your website
Select the "Page" button and from the drop-down menu, choose the page you would like it to redirect to. Hit the "Save" button when you are done.
2. Linking to a URL
If you're linking to a URL, select the "URL" button and add the whole URL of the page in the text field, as shown below.
Tick on "Open New Page" so the PDF link or external URL will open in a new page. Then click "Save."
There's no need to put in “http://” as this is added automatically.
3. Linking to a Relative URL
Another way to include a link is to select the "Relative URL" button, where you can use a relative URL. An example of a relative URL is /site/ASX-Announcements
Don't forget to hit "Save" to finalise your page.
If you're adding a link to a PDF, tick on the "Open New Page" button so your PDF will show in a new page.
