Cancelling registration

 

  1. If you wish to cancel your registration, open the confirmation email that you have received.
  2. On the invitation, click the "Cancel" button to cancel your registration.





  3. You will then receive an email confirming your registration cancellation.




  4. To cancel an attendee's registration, go to the Events List section.




  5. Click on the "Attendees" button next to the event you wish to use.




  6. Then click the "Edit" button next to the attendee you wish to cancel.




  7. Scroll down to the Attendee Status dropdown menu, then select "Cancelled"




  8. Lastly, click on the "Save Changes" button on top of the page to complete the changes.
