Adding an event/date to your corporate calendar
1. Click on the "Content Manager" tab on the grey, left-side bar. Then select "Add/Edit Calendar."
2. This will lead you to the screen below where you will pick out the "Add New Entry" button.
3. Next, the "Add/Edit Calendar" screen will pop-up and you can add all the information on your event here, including date, time, details and location.
Once you have added the details for your calendar entry, hit "Save."
Before clicking "Save" on your new calendar entry, please review it to ensure the event details are correct. Once you select the "Save" button, your new calendar entry will appear on your website.
Choosing the "Cancel" button at any stage will take you back to the "Add/Edit Calendar" main page and any changes made will not be saved.
Once you have clicked "Save," you will return to the main "Add/Edit Calendar" page where you will see your entry within the HQi calendar.
