Adding an event/date to your corporate calendar
A corporate calendar on your website is perfect for announcing company events you wouldn’t want your stakeholders to miss. This is where you can include dates for your AGMs, shareholder meetings and investor presentations to promote maximum attendance. Just follow the step-by-step process as detailed below.
1. Open Calendar Options
Click the Calendar Options to access calendar settings and management features.
2. Access Add/Edit Calendar
Click on the “HQi Content Manager” tab on the left-side bar. Then select “Add/Edit Calendar” under “Calendar Options” menu.
3. Initiate New Entry
Next, the “Add/Edit Calendar” screen will pop-up where you can add information on your event, including date, time, details and location.
4. Add Event Details
Enter the required event details.
5. Save Calendar Entry
Important Note
Before clicking “Save” on your new calendar entry, please review it to ensure the event details are correct. Once you select the “Save” button, your new calendar entry will appear on your website.
Choosing the “Cancel” button at any stage will take you back to the “Add/Edit Calendar” main page and any changes made will not be saved.
Once you have added the details for your calendar entry, hit “Save.”
6. Edit Event Details
Once you have clicked “Save,” you will return to the main “Add/Edit Calendar” page where you will see your entry within the HQi calendar.

Your calendar entry will also appear on your website as per the below:
