Adding, editing and removing content
1. Open Add Edit Pages
When you select the “Add/Edit Pages” button under “HQi Content Manager,” you will see a list of all the pages within your website navigation.
2. Select Test Page
Select the page you want to edit
3. Add or Update the page title
You will then be directed to the text editor, where you can edit content as well as add hyperlinks and images.
4. Access Content Area
Type or copy and paste your content in this field to appear on the page
5. Format text here
Format your texts using the tools
6. Add a hyperlink
Add a hyperlink to the text from here (after you highlight the text where you want the link to appear)
7. Add an image
Add an image to the page content
8. Open Format Menu
You can also use the different formatting tools available within the HQI text editor. To access these, click on the drop-down arrow beside Format.
9. Save Page Changes
Click “Save” to apply and store all your edits to the page content, ensuring your updates are not lost.
10. Authorise Content Update
After saving the changes, you will see the “Authorise” button at the top of the page. You can choose this button when you’re ready to publish your page as it will redirect you to the “Authorise Content” section.
11. Approve Final Changes
Click “Approve” to finalize and confirm the content updates, completing the editing process.
