Selecting the Newsroom Announcement type

Did you know that you can now amend the ASX Announcement category through the Distribution list in HQi?

First, select Distribution Channels under the IRM Newsroom tab on the HQi menu.

You will then be able to view the standard Announcement types.

Select the Details link next to the announcement type you want to edit.

Then click the Report Codes button in the next screen you will see.

You will then be able to add or remove the individual categories for the Announcement type. In the top table, select Remove on the right-hand side if you don’t want your announcement to go to any of those existing categories. You can then add any of the categories in the Others table by selecting Add on the right-hand side. Remember to save once you have completed your selection.
