Re-releasing Announcements in Newsroom

Follow the steps below if you want to send your previously released announcements to a different distribution channel:

On the HQi menu, navigate to the IRM Newsroom section and click on Released.

Click here to open the options menu for the selected announcement you want to re-release.

Go to the announcement you would like to re-release and hit the Release button to the right of the item.

From here, you’ll be able to change the page of the website where the announcement is published. It will also allow you to change the email subscriber groups or social media channels its sent to.

Once you have decided where this should be published, select “Release Now” to send the announcement to the new distribution channels.
