Changing your password
In the HQi menu, go to “My Details” under “My Account” then select the “Change Password” link.
1. Access My Account
Click the My Account option to open your account settings.
2. Open My Details Section
Click My Details to view and manage your personal information.
3. Select Change Password
Click Change Password to begin updating your login credentials.
4. Enter new password
On the next page, enter your new password and re-enter it then click the “Update Password” button at the top.
# For security purposes, you will be required to update your HQi password every 90 days. Passwords must have the minimum character count and number of categories as stated above.
