Adding Users

This tutorial guides you through adding new users in HQI.

1. Open Manage Users Section

Click the Manage Users option to access the user management area where you can add or modify user accounts.

2. Initiate New User Creation

Click Create a New User to start the process of adding a new user to the system.

3. Enter User Password

Enter your password to set a secure login credential for the new user account.

4. Set your password

Create a secure password to access your account.

5. Send User Invitation

Click Invite To Be A User to send an invitation for the new user to join the system.

6. Submit New User Details

Click Submit to finalize and save the new user information, completing the addition process.

If you get the error “The email address already exists”, this means the user you are adding is already registered as an email subscriber. Please contact our Support Team if you need some assistance on this matter.
