Removing users from a subscriber group

This tutorial explains how to remove users from a subscriber group in HQi.

To remove users from a subscriber group, navigate to the Subscriber Groups option under the Email Subscribers module in HQi’s menu.

Choose the Subscriber Group you would like to modify and tap Subscribers on the right side of such group.

You will then see the group’s current list of subscribers. Highlight the subscribers you would like to remove by marking the checkbox to the left of their name.

Click the arrow-down button and select Unsubscribe to begin removing subscribers from the group.

A confirmation prompt that asks if you are sure about unsubscribing the selected subscriptions to finalise the removal will appear.

You have successfully removed users from the subscriber group.
