Deleting a subscriber group

This tutorial explains how to delete a subscriber group within the HQi.

To delete a subscriber group, go to the Subscriber Groups option under HQi’s Email Subscribers module.

On the next page, click the Edit tab next to the Subscriber Group you would like to delete.

You will then be shown the following page where you can remove the subscriber group through the Delete button.

You will be asked to confirm your action by clicking OK or Yes. Please note this message may be displayed differently, depending on the browser that you are using.

Once confirmed, you will be taken back to the list of your subscriber groups. Notice that the group you have deleted will no longer be shown.
